Where did you grow up? What was it like?
I grew up in a semi rural neighborhood in Plymouth, MN. There was a large farm and hundreds of acres of woods just three houses away. I enjoyed dirt biking, exploring and I built many secret hideouts.

Why do you live in the Brainerd Lakes Area? What do you like most about it?
What do you like most about it? We settled in the Crosslake area and love the sense of community. I really enjoy the people and I never take for granted how beautiful the scenery is in the area.

What is your favorite lake? Why?
Picking one favorite out of all of the lakes would be a tough one. I enjoy the solitude, crystal clear water, and beauty of the Mine pit lakes in Crosby/Ironton. I enjoy Pelican for the sand and clear water. The Whitefish Chain with its diversity, and recreational opportunities. I really enjoy all of the lakes in the area; they are a big part of our decision to make this our permanent home.

What is your favorite part of working in Real Estate?
I truly love helping people get the place that they have always dreamed of. It is also very satisfying to help our sellers reach their goals.

What is the most unusual thing you have encountered while working in Real Estate?
Well, the skunk in the playhouse was fun. The buyers didn't really want that one after the skunk got a little anxious.

Why should someone choose you as their real estate agent?
For the sellers I believe that by getting their house staged and ready for sale, with top quality pictures, and exposing their home to as many potential buyers as possible, makes the process faster and easier for them, and ultimately nets them the most in the end. I believe that having good knowledge of the lakes, and listening to the buyers and asking the right questions helps to secure the place that they desire quickly. My years of experience assure a seamless transaction.
